Is it possible to reverse X & Y

Hi

I have just replaced my controller and now my cnc seems to have reversed X & Y

is there a way in Mach3 to reverse them back again ?

I just ran a job and its Mirrored it ?  I assume that's another part of the same problem ?

Config > Homing/Limts > Reverse.
