Hello,
page 6 shown i/o, but this is not the same like in pdf i have attached.

the Servo drive has 4 relevant connectors.

1CN
2CN
3CN
5CN

4CN is only internal Servodrive Connection.

in TSE-C717-13E page 6 for example the Tacho is connected to 1CN-6 & 1CN-12
in Yaskawa Doc49 it is on 2CN-1 & 2CN-20

i think, later i have to check the right connector in the machine. i have no other idea to come a step forward.

Hello fly-scale;

I just purchased 2 Matsuura MC-500 mini-master machines.  I plan to retrofit to Mach3 and KFLOP/KAnalog.  This may be a good opportunity to collaborate and save some headaches for both of us.  I am going through the manuals for the Yaskawa drives at this time.  I will keep you up to date on my plans.

Hello,

I will scan and post the wiring diagrams that I have tomorrow (after the snow).  I will also add links for all of the documents and other posts I have found.

Hello,

Yes, I will connect the X,Y and Z encoders to the KFLOP/KAnalog to close the loop.  The encoders have a reference (home) channel as well.  I still need to think about how this will be used or if it is needed.  I will let you know after I get my machines in the lab and start taking them apart.
