I have a part im making . In the center of the part it holds a bearing. Above that bearing is a lock ring to keep it in place. How do I go about write a code so I can use my slitting saw to make a spot for the lock ring to fit.

You could likely use a G12 or G13. for example if you move down in the centre of the hole the do a G13I5 it will move out in X by 5 units then cut round in a circle of 5 units radius and then finally move back to the centre.
