Basically Im not getting any movement out of anything. I tried to run the Road Runner Example, I have tried to jog. I tried to do a simple box from Lcam and nothing is working. I have watched pretty much all of the video's and have even set it up just like Art did and still nothing. Also when I use Lazy Cam it reads to the 6th line in the gcode box but when I run the road runner example it doesnt leave the first line. And the numbers do not get larger or smaller in the Machine Coordinates window either.  I missing something? Thanks for any help. Josh

What do you see in the Time in int dro on the diagnostics screen?

It flashes between 1.8 and 2.0

Sometimes its just better to start all over again.  I reinstalled Mach 3 on my Computer and everything works great. Gcode Runs and Jog works. I should have done this 2 days ago but I truley thought I had missed something. Knowing me I probably clicked on something I wasnt suppose to. Thanks for looking into it Brian.
