I'm forever in your debt Hood. Reading over the Mach manual, I realised that the only page I didn't screen capture was the Motor Output page, that's why I couldn't find it. Now the X axis is working right. I don't remember altering those settings. I guess old age is creeping upon me.
I' glad this issue is solved.
Many thanks,
Mike

Glad to hear you got it going :)
BTW it is a very tidy looking cabinet, wiring is one of the best I have seen in a bought machine and definitely the best Chinese one I have seen.

That is very reassuring to hear it from you. The machine itself is also very clean and extremely well built. So far I'm pleased with it. The frame is cast iron, the gentry is cast aluminum, square (hiwin rails on all 3 axis) couldn't ask for a more sturdy machine. The rotary is able to take a 36" long piece of wood along the Y axis. There are a few manufacturers that make the JCut 6090 routers, at various prices, I ordered mine from JINAN JCUT CNC EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD and including delivery to my house, broker fees, it came to a total of US$4628.00. However, everything really depends on the skill of the person putting it together, or so I hear. I'm attaching a picture of the machine as it sit on the floor of the manufacturer.
Have a wonderfull day,
Mike

It does indeed look like a solid router and that price seems very reasonable, especially with  the quality of the control panel wiring.
