Hi Friend,
I can't send you the manual, tried many ways, no luck . The file times out, it's too large (15MB ). Please give me an email address, maybe that will work.

Sorry my Friend,  I have to give it up for today, I tried to split the file, couldn't, don't know how. Down loaded a program to do the splitting, it screwed up my whole system. Had to revert  the computer to yesterday. Also sent it as an attachment in the e-mail, it didn't go thru. If you know of a way to split it, please let me know. ;D

Do you not have a link to the website of the machine controller? I could maybe download the manual from there.
I use winrar to compress and email files, you just right click on the file you want to email and choose compress and email and you then have options to split it into smaller chunks.

I do have a link to their website, but everything on it is in Chinese.    http://www.jamen-nc.com     I also have winRAR and have tried that 3x today, told it to split into 5MB sizes, but it didn't seem to do it. The file was compressed from 15MB to 11.3MB, and that also acceded the server's limit too.

That link seems to be about gas cookers, no wonder you cant get things running correctly ;D
Joking aside, do you have to set up port and pin numbers for the axis? If you do, which I think is likely, then you have not done that as in the xml you attached they were all 0.

This I know, however the machine was working fine with those zeros. direction problem started after I separated the wires from the rotary plug and wired the motor wires into the controller. I'll try to split the manual into smaller chunks today, because I think the answer lies in that manual somehow.

Hello Hood,
I wonder if you received the manual files. I bought a PDF editor, and was able to break the file into 7 manageable files. Also sent 3 pictures of whats inside the controll cabinet.

All looks fine and I see in the manual that the axis are specific pins and Mach only needs set as axis enabled. It also says in the manual that to change an axis direction you use the Dir active state, I mentioned that in the other thread but not sure if you tried it? Normally you can either select the reverse in Homing and Limits or change the Dir active state and they will do the same thing but possibly the plugin for this device only looks at the active state of the Dir pin and thus selecting reverse has no effect.
Anyway change the active state of the X direction pin and see if that helps.
