Hi Neil,
Take a look at the Surfacing wizards.
I've used the "Down in X" one before and it worked really well.

Thank you for your reply.  IS this in Mach 3?

... or you can hit this button.
The first one called "Surface" is missing the bitmaps on my installation so I never tried it but I have now used both of the other 2 and they do OK.

Thanks again for the info on the wizzards.  How can I change the parameters?  My surface is 48"x 96" and I am using a 1 1/4"Spoilboard Cutter from Onsrud and will be citting a depth of .250.  Thanks again

Click on the DROs and then type in the values you want then press the enter key on your keyboard.

Hi Neil,
Here is an example of "Down in X" for a table your size. "Down in Y" would be similar.
Just click on the parameter that you want to change and it will be highlighted. Enter the value you want , then hit ENTER (like Hood said).
Unlike other wizards, the FINISH cut is ADDED to the TOTAL depth so you have to leave it at ZERO or you will get 2 passes ... unless that is what you want.

Use you own settings and feed rate, this is just an example.
Regards,
Russ
