Maybe this is the correct XML

I have the max feed rate set at 100ipm    I have the jog rate at 100%     It seems to be jogging at about 10ipm

Have been running fine fro a long time until today when I fired up the router.

Once I figure this all out is there a way to lock all the settings?

Thanks, I hope you can help me sort this out.   I was ready to make parts for customers and this issue stopped me dead in my tracks.   Is reinstalling mach3 a reasonable way to go?

Making a new xml would probably work or maybe even using one of the backups, to do that go to Operator menu then Restore Settings and choose a day you think it worked.

Ok I think  I found your problem, if you look on the diagnostics screen are the LEDs for the limits on? If so that is your problem as Mach thinks you are on a limit and will only allow a reduced rate jog speed.

Oh and you may also want to turn on Enahanced Pulsing on the General Config page, that is unless there was a reason you disabled it.

Thanks,    that was very helpful!!!     Problem solved!    Interesting that the gecko didn't show a fault light.   Now I know where to look if the problem occurs again.  An afternoon lost BUT something learned.

Regards,

jack
