DRO Speed
« on: October 03, 2009, 04:03:27 PM »
Just put Mach3 on another computer and when jogging, the DRO keeps going after I release the jog button for a second or two.  Where do I fix this please?
Thanks

Sounds like your acceleration is set very low. When you release the key Mach decelerates to a stop so if that is slow then it will take a while after the button has been released.

Or, you have it set to incremental jog mode and it's jogging a specified distance with each push of the key.

Thanks Hood and Ger21.  It was the Acc. and Vel. settings.  I should have taken a pen and paper to the shop and noted the settings on that computer, but instead I relied on my super memory (ha ha).  Glad you both were here.  Thanks again, Ray

Even easier would have been to copy the xml and paste it to the new computer, that would transfer all your settings :)
