Hi, Gilletttom

Your dxf file is zero in size, Re-post it you'll need to re-name it though to post it.
I do see what your talking about, There are a bunch of x axis and Z axis move's on the same line's in the G code file you posted.

Look in Mach3 & LazyCam Under "Help", What version's are you using.?

Back plotted your G code file in/with nc-plot and generated code with similar values you used, See first attached file.
Used LazyCam ver 3.00.2 and it seems to function OK.

We can get in to better way's to setup LC after were on the same page and at least get you going in the right direction..

Hi, Gilletttom

Hera's a pic and a G code file that might be more typical of settings usage in LazyCam.

i am using the default, all settings are the same as yours..purchased software about 1 year ago..was good for 6 months when the power supply went on the computer at which time i used a different computer actually 2 computers in a 2 week period both running XP and this is where the problems began . the software has not ran right since and now i have my original computer back which runs VISTA and again it is not running right.i believe it may be the download itself is there a way for us to get it other than the net maybe its a corrupted file. thank you tom

Hi, Gilletttom

Try deleting your LazyCam.xml file then run LazyCam and give it a another try, The xml should be in C:\Mach3 folder if you have a standard install.

Post another dxf file hear, As your other one was bad that you posted.
