GENERAL SETUP PROBLEM

I am still a newbie but learning fast.  I have a problem.  I use a dxf file in LazyCam and produce TAP file.  The dimensions are accurate and show in Mach3 as x and y.  So a 9"x9" part when I cut it comes out as 1.675"x1.675"  Suggestions.

Post the dxf file.
Also post the .LCAM file.
Note that there is a Lazycam Manual and you should read it.
