No Joy on the card re-install.  Did it multiple times.  Even used drivers from the manufacturer.  MACH3 just doesnt want to keep communicating with the card after the PC is restarted.  I plan on purchasing a new card that others have had success with.  Syba PCI PP card, #SP-LP-MCS1P
