What you see in LC is what the code generates. 
The gcode represents  the piece size  / project so it can be larger or outside your table limits.

Concerning  mirror of the text......... check out this thread. It is not a LC problem but rather your machine setup.

Mirroring. Does it Mirror in X or in Y? You need to alter the configuration for which ever axis is mirrored. In other words yoiu have positive and negative swapped for one axis.
