changing stepper directions

Got my control box hooked up but my  Z , Y , A  axis are going the wrong direction.....X is correct , can this be reversed in the software

Few ways to do it, changing the active state for the Dir pin will do it but  some drives have issues with that so you can also reverse the direction by going to the Config menu then Homing and Limits.
