Mach3 screen designer - where is it?

Has screen designer been included in the latest Mach3 version. According to the video tut. a shortcut should be installed on the desktop.
Cant find it anywhere there or in my mach 3 program folder.

It wont be on the desktop but should be in the Mach3 folder. It is called Screen4, if its not there then it should be available from the downloads page.

I have found a copy on the downloads - thanks.  It was not in the mach3 folder.
