Great job Cory :)
How tight of a fit did you get when assembling all the pieces? how many parts all together?
 What is the eagle's wingspan?
 Awesome!

Thanx Glenn

The cuts where made at 8.95 mm and the plywood is about 9.08 mm, ao the whole thing was knocked together with a leftover oak stick.
It is extremely tight fit, but it is very sturdy dry fittet.
In fact it was a little to tight as you can see from the picture.
I could not get the globe tight enough together so thet it would fit the slots in the stand.

I think it is completed out of somwhere between 60 and 70 pieces

I can send you the dxf file if you are interested

Best reg
Cory

Hi Cory

Thanks for the Dxf.
I have made the bird of 3mm triplex, in Lazycam made an offset to cut with A 1mm cutter.
Fits OK, nice bird, thanks again.
