the LED needs to be on to get it to work...

How easy can it be. How could I have overlooked something so obvious. I've yet to check my machine though. No doubt the switch will be there.

If you are running parts that may need to have an extra pass to You can add the code with a "/" at the start of the block. As you can see in this example you could add a face pass...

G00 Z1.0
G00 X0.0 Y0.0
/G01 Z0.0 F30
/X5.0
/G00 Z1.00
/X0.0
G01 Z-.1 F30
...
