Feed Rate Errors

Mach 2 will radius an angle cut when the feed rate is to high on our plasma cutter. How do I prevent this from happening without slowing the feed rate down? Does Mach 3 have this same problem?

That is the CV (G64) try putting it in Exact stop (G61)
