Mach3 How to add a saved BU file "MACH3MILL. XB1" to replace mach default settin

I downloaded a fresh version of Mach3 and want to import a older backup file to replace the default settings in Mach.  Can you tell me how to do that?

Select the backup that you require and change its file extention (eg. from Mach3Mill.xb1 to Mach3Mill.xml) and copy it into your Mach3 folder (replace the existing Mach3Mill.xml).
