Ia there a Mach3 64bit?   I finally got my mill going usingWin10 64bit and the USB port card but after I have jogged 3 or 4 times the program gets nonresponding.   After the Mach3 goes nonresponsive, I hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE, go to Task Manager and it says Machis 3 32bit is nonresponsive and I hit End Program.
Has anyone had their system do that?

I've never had that problem with Mach3 under win10.  There is no 64 bit Mach3, it's only the parallel port motion controller that requires a 32 bit processor.

I was about half way down with this reply then lost it.  I am using HP computer with Win10 64bit with a BL-USB Mach3 Controller V2.1 5 Axis (Green)card.
I got my XY and Z axis going.....for a while.  X & Y will work good, the Z Axis works 1 or 2 times then when I hit Page Down again is when the trouble starts.  Mach3 came up with RECONFIGURE E STOP I hit RESET and it becomes nonresponsive. I have to close Mach3.  Go back to my Mill Profile and do it again and again and again and again.  After 14 times I quit and came in the house for some Tylenol and coffee.  I am so frustrated now.    This is the first time I have used a USB Control card.
I hear a lot of good reports on the (OneDrive) UC-100.  I had one I got from PC4U (or something) 4 or 5 years ago.  I corresponded with them for 2 or 3 weeks and never got it working.  I see PC4?? is one of their distributers now.  Quite a few people say the UC-100 works with Win10 64bit very well.  One guy I know uses Centroid Acorn in his shop.  He keeps telling me to trash all that Mach3 stuff and get Centroid.  Then I would have to get Ethernet.   I used Mach3 before with a HF Mini Mill using 4 Axis Xylotex controller and everything went smoothe using XP.  This Win10 64bit so far is a big headache.  Maybe it is me doing something wrong.....OK time for more coffee.

Well I only have experience with UC100 from the uk distributor for CNCDrive and it has been trouble free.  Lots of people seem to have difficulties with various anonymous USB MC cards from Asia.  As I said before there are also clone UC100s around.  From your description it's very difficult to make out whether the problem is Mach3, configuration, the controller, or wiring.  All I can say is that the Win10/Mach3/UC100 setup that I have was easy to set up and is trouble free.

John, what do you plug your UC100 into?  A board with 25db plug.  Which one?  I may go that route.  With what I am using, it is running me crazy with all the RECONFIGURE E STOP and Mach3 quit working when I hit RESET.  In Mach3 in Pins and Ports/Inputs it has X=, X- and YZA+ and- Pin# and Port# I am not sure about that.  there are 5 input pins.  With Z, Y, Z, and A + and - That makes 8.??  What Pin# do I use there?  Also, E Stop is in that list.

Available all over from eBay, Amazon, AliExpress etc at a huge range of prices.  UC100 plugs into the DB25 connector, I have a separate 5V supply (not using the USB) and a +12V supply.  Note the latter is needed of you want the inputs to work properly and the buffered speed control output.

John, I finally got the Mill going.  I have XYZA.  I haven't assigned home or limit switches yet.  Attached is my project.  I could use some advice and help on the G-Coding.
I run toe DXG in LazyCam and scale it in inches but the code it produces is not the real scale.

Have you checked the axis calibration?

Uh-Oh, I forgot to change Motors from mm to inches.  Now I will try it.
