Feed rate issue Mach 3
« on: April 12, 2023, 12:54:38 AM »
Hello everyone,

I`m having one problem with my CNC Router. When I make my G-code I set the feed rate F4610 but on my Mach 3 screen, the feed rate is between 800-1000 never over 1000.
Motor tuning is set up to 7000. Is there any solution?
Here is an example of the G-code:

I was wondering if anyone has successfully used Mach3 with a 5 axis trunnion system.

I suspect that you would get a quicker answer if you posted a new thread with a title like "Mach 3 5-axis trunnion system"

Do you really need to feed at 4.6 metres/minute?  Or inches/minute?

It could also be that at over 1000 units/min you would exceed the pulse rate available from your motion controller.
