Device error triggered appears randomly
« on: July 30, 2021, 07:38:27 PM »
Hi everyone,

Device error triggered appears randomly when i'm machining and it stop the machine, it can appears 10 min after i start machining or after 2 or 3 hours

I changed my mach3 version from the 3.043.066 the the 3.043.062 and still have this problem, i'm using a dedicated computer with windows xp and nothing else than mach3 on it, not even internet.

Here is a video of the problem, you can see that the spindle is still turning very slowly, so maybe there is a data leak ? I'll try to change the usb cable on monday but mine is a good quality one so i don't expect much results

Any ideas are welcome ! i'm totally lost at this moment and i'll be happy to finish a project that requires 6 hours of machining ... :(

Thanks

IDK if this will help you but for my problem i used a different AC outlet for every components, 1 for the computer, 1 for the spindle, to minimize interference, also used a pci usb and another USB cable

You can also try another version of the ncusbpod.dll, it could help, otherwise try another version of mach3, some have bugs, good luck ..
