Mach3 Z-Axis decreases with subsequent iterations

Mach 3 Z-Axis decreases in cut value with subsequent cuts in same program and does not return to zero height when complete.  Each cut subsequent progressively gets lower in the work.

fixed problem by tightening the other two set screws that were missed.  4 set screws total on coupler. :o
