"Santa" What would you like for Christmas?
"Mach4 User" I would like to have a very recent New Official Mach4 release that works, I did not get anything last year.
"Santa" I will see what I can do.

 

The elves are working on a release! They are running the little CNC machines testing to make sure it is 100% ready

The guys are still testing. It takes a very long time but I think we are close! They have done lots of work on the files for the installer. I hope we can push out a release candidate Monday or Tuesday. We have days of testing that must be passed first.

Just curious; will rigid tapping ever be a thing controlled by Mach4 or will it always be dependent on the motion controller?

That is a motion controller thing

Yeah, this elf was working on XBox controllers we will get it done. My goal is to get it out this week. I don’t think the guys have much other stuff going on. I have a machine I have to help on this week .
