I built my own 3d printer. It has 40cm³ working area. I used 8mm Lead-Screw rod and chineese nema 17 stepper motor with 200 steps (1.8°)

I couldn't set my mach3 velocity/acceralation setting. I am having problem while it's 3d printing. It print aslant like /

My drivers is setted up to 1600pulse.

How can i fix this problem?

My guess is that you are loosing steps. Please read;

In particular the Motor Tuning section will help you set-up your Velocity and Acceleration.
