I'm trying to setup MACH3 on a new computer but I can't seem to get MACH3 to see the SmoothStepper ESS. 

I can ping the Smoothstepper via the SCU program no problems.  I've used the SCU to reset windows firewall to allow MACH3/4.

No matter what when I open MACH3 it says the ESS did not respond.

What I an I try next?
