I've seen that as well. Sometimes have to wait too long IMO.
I'd hate to risk blocking a legitimate need for support just to catch the occasional slice of spam ... even for a short time.
As long as it doesn't any worse that it has been recently, I suppose we can handle it as is.
If it gets out of hand, I'm sure the administrators will make the necessary changes.
And maybe even enlist new recruits.
