okies ill start by saying im pretty new this this stuff so be kind ive been running mach3 for about a year then ran into the port issue, got that resolved but now when i run a image thru mach3 it cuts way to small.. I.E. image is 8"X 10" cuts it like it was 1\8th inX 1/8 in..

sounds like the machine is cutting in millimeters rather than inches.

Put a G20 at the top of the file and try again.
