cycle start button also in charge of ENTER
« on: September 01, 2018, 01:56:00 AM »
OK I have two buttons on my machine wired in parallel to my BOB that I have established as cycle start via an OEM trigger.  I would also like those buttons to be used instead of the ENTER button/ left click of the mouse.  Anyone see a reason I should not do this?  How should I go about doing this?  I am thinking, maybe put the OEM code for ENTER on that  OEM trigger or is that impossible.  I just want to minimize my use of the keyboard when I am running things.  Or is all this not necessary because the cycle start button already doubles as ENTER?

The Enter key and Left mouse click are two different things. What do you want the button to do when you press it? By default, it activates the MDI.
