Hi All
This is a ship wheel I made for my daughters school. she is in the Peter Pan play, I designed in Artcam and machined it out of the 2" blue Styrofoam that Lowes sells. Did a painted finish.

That's awesome! I have had my cnc router for around 5 years and have never even thought about using styrofoam! I bet is is much faster than wood to mill and great for decorative things like this.
