All Plugins involving HiCON card are always from Vitalsystem website.

Remember that both firmware and Mach4 plugins are included on each downloadable zip file.
Make sure that the Version for the plugin matches the Mach4 version.

loaded the Mach4-3481 plugin and firmware as Mauri suggested, everything is working now with Mach4
