Why path is crap?!
Only diagonal lines in program.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
post your Gcode so we can have a look at your toolpath.

Possibly just a graphics issue.
Reduce the feedrate by half and see what the sim'd path looks like.
Justa guessin',

My laptop, with intel HD3000 grapics, displays it just fine in both Mach3 and Mach4.
Must be something on your end.

Hi,
I just loaded the file and got a toolpath like yours a series of diagonal cuts. That's what the Gcode is telling the machine to do and the machine is doing it.

What were you expecting the code to do?

If you look closely at picture of his diagonal line they are not flat but distorted in the Z axis. Mine looked perfectly smooth.
