Mach3 motor outputs issue
« on: February 06, 2018, 03:33:16 AM »
Hello and please help.
I have built a cnc plasma, it woks fine for a while with Mach3 trial. After I bought a license I installed Mach3 on a new Windows xp installation.  Now something  very strange is happening. My out pin assignment is like this ( for x 3-step 2-dir, y 5-step 4-dir,z 7-step 6--dir,  9-Output#1), but when I make a manual command on z azix ,Output1 activate, when I command x axis, z axis is moving instead, only Y axis is working fine.  I have change the PC and also interface board, but the result is the same. Inputs are functioning good. The machine is behave like this in any out pins configuration.

Hi AndreiD,

Could you please attach your .xml file.
This file is in your Mach3 folder and it is called <your profile>.xml (typically Mach3Mill.xml)

I am pleased you have it sorted.  :)
I was just concerned that you had posted a question 2 weeks ago and it had not received a reply.
