windows 10 pro and mach3
«

After searching this forum over and over I haven't found the definite answer.
I am thinking about upgrading my PC to a new one running windows 10
I am using a ESS and running fine on 64 bit windows
what kind of luck running windows 10 PRO with mach3 with an ESS
I have seen that it should work, but I wound love to hear from someone who has used windows 10 with an ESS 64 bit ETC.
Thanks in advance

Hello Harry;
I have Win 10 Pro 64 bit/ ESS/ Mach 3 with a fairly low spec'd. computer.
It all works fine.
One thing to watch is automatic upgrades/ updates. Turn this off, or better yet, keep your Mach3 computer off of the 'net.

If you were already running a 64 bit OS, then you shouldn't see any difference with Windows 10. The only thing is that you might want to defer updates. so it doesn't update while running a program.

Good thought.
I will make sure my system will stay off line
