Hi Bruce,

The taig.xml is not configured with any data so it is definitely not that one which you should be using.

Your Mach3Mill.xml runs OK here and there does not appear to be any problems (although you have an unusual pin allocation for the Step and Direction signals).

Does you machine move if you enter G0 X5 in the MDI (Alt-2) line then press return ?
Does the X axis DRO now read 5.0000 ?
Do the DRO's change when you use the keyboard arrow keys ?

Mach 3 tech support remoted into my PC and got the mill to move after changing some settings.  I appreciate your help and advice - thanks again!
