When I go to motor tuning and put velocity  data in.  When I tab to acceleration the velocity goes to zero.

Any suggestions?

On which axis this happens? what are the other values on the screen?

Did you remember to press "Save Axis Settings" before changing the tab/screen??

Sounds like a bad install.

Try re-installing Mach3 (version R3.043.062 would be best) and see if that cures the problem.
