Displacement of work area
« on: February 02, 2017, 04:17:44 PM »
Hi, how are you? I have a drawback with a nueco router that I'm setting up. It turns out that if I put for example the x-axis to go and come from 0 to 100 mm, when it ends it returns to zero said by macht3 but in reality everything is moved in this case 10 mm towards the positive. The same thing happens with the y-axis.
There is no backlash on the axes. The steps are fine with respect to what you should move, but I can not find the problem. Thanks for your help.

Try reducing the X axis and Y axis Velocity and Acceleration in Motor Tuning by 50% and save the changes for each axis.

Is the machine still producing the same error ?

Are the motors stalling at any time (making a whining sound) ?

Perhaps check your machines mechanicals for slipping coupling, loose grubscrew, binding of axis or screws, etc.
