Weird V Carve cut

When using Vcarve to generate code, I get these rounded pockets where it should be square. Anyone have any suggestions? I am using a standard Frued carbide tipped 60 deg VBit. I attached my tool settings...

Looks like it is trying to dogbone the corners, does it show on screen or not?
Bridgeport Mill, Mach3 V062, CSMIO-IP/A controller, AC Servo Drives.
Plasma table, Mach3 V062, Step motors, C&CNC THC.

Screen, in VCarve and Mach3 show a straight line as you would expect...checked the bit also, it is 60Deg...
