Positioning problem in mach3
« on: July 12, 2016, 02:46:04 PM »
Hello
I have positioning problem in mach 3
there is a plasma table with NEMA 23 stepper motors and DM542A .

when I will cut out Components with inner contours is not
centered in the peace as DXF cad.

When I look at the details , it looks like the x-axis is moved between the cutting of inner and outer conturen.

What could I have done wrong . does anyone have any tips ?

Just some things to check:
- Confirm  drawing is correct.
- Confirm that the gcode is correct.  ( post your gcode file and someone may backplot it to confirm it agrees with the drawing )
- If the above is ok  then it may be that you are loosing position during a move or it's you machine .....
