LENR - any relation to cold fusion?

Mach3 will run on W7 with an ESS, at least the 32 bit version. That's my system right now. But I am not aware of any reasons why it should not run on the 64 bit version IF you use the ESS.

There has been no way to systemically control the reactions, but I do believe I have a novel process to manipulate them and thereby create a repeatable amount of energy.
 By taking the elements to mono-atomic form, re-synthesize them and "instruct" them where to recombine,mother nature will make the magic happen.

I was having trouble with my W7 64bit so I decided to use XP. I have not given up on trouble shooting it, just seemed superfluous since I had an XP OS ready to go.
