My name is Louise, and I am a complete novice. I have just bought a CNC router 3040T.  When I tried to install  the Software Mach 3 I get Internal Error B109-13 Cannot decompress setup program.  I have tried looking on the internet for advice but can't seem to find anything on this.  I have got a refurbished dell running windows 7 and the computer has a parallel port.

Please could someone help as I really haven't a clue.

Hi Lou, welcome to the forum.

In another post you said - " I tried the free Mach 3 demo just to  make sure the machine worked and it did".

Go back to that, try it out and if you are satisfied that Mach3 is for you contact Licensing to obtain the license that will convert your demo version to the full version.
