I have a UC100 and the green and blue light are on.
It is connected to a KL-DB25-5 Breakout Board.
The board is power by the USB cable supplied with it.
The board has a red light on. I tried to connect just the e stop switch to it.
P10 to ground.
It does not work for me. As you can tell I am very new to this.

I have the uc-100. I bought a kit a while back, just got everything working the way I wanted. It works great for me

Try disabling the e-stop in ports and pins. What kind of breakout board?

You will need the uc-100 plugin, go to plug in configuration and make sure its green.
