That's not your xml file - that looks like a copy of MachXML.exe which is an executable. I asked for Mach3Mill.xml.

OK - try this:

go to folder c:\Mach3

Make a copy of the file 1024.set file

delete the 1023.set file

save the attached ZZZ1023.set file

remove the ZZZ from the filename

i.e. you should now have a new 1023.set file

run Mach as normal

Yep - corrupt scripts in the screenset can do this.

  Old post but I'm having the same issues. should all those files be 1024??? cant find 1023

Anyone finding this via search and has the same problem... Yes all those files should read 1023.
