XML file for potential parallel card issue??

Here is my xml file.  Jog seems to work fine - otherwise system starts at 100% then begins to slow to crawl & stops.  PSU voltage seems fine.

Run Drivertest.exe in the Mach3 folder and see if the pulse rate stays steady.

Running the driver test - says system excellent - pulsing between 25281 to 25400
