The screenset goes in the screens directory, the supporting macros go in teh Macros directory under your profile, the supporting BMPs go in the yourProfile /Bmps directory.

Please excuse my naivite', I find the macros directory and the BMP directory, but I am having trouble identifying the scree set directory. Can you point me to it?

There is no "screens" directory.
Normally, custom screensets bitmaps will be saved in their own sub folder in Mach3\Bitmaps\.
.set files go into \Mach3\ folder.
