NEED HELP motor sound but no movement
« on: May 18, 2015, 07:03:32 PM »
Hello!
I'm building a controller with 3 single axis tb6560 drivers, the breakout board that came along and 24v 6.5 amps powersupply to control 3 nema 23 185oz/inch 2a

Every thing seems to be working but when i configured mach3 and tried to make the motors jog and the motors sound like they are moving but they aren't.

I'm thinking it might be a configuration that isn't right but i'm kinda new to cnc and don't know what to change.

If any info is missing let me know.

Thanks,
Simon

Looks like you're using the same pins for one of your axis and an output. Specifically pins 8 & 9.
I also see you have flood assigned to Pin 7 and Z-axis Dir pin as 7

Go back through the Ports & Pins and clean up the anomalies first.

Are you in Demo Mode?

i'm not too sure what you mean about pin 7 having flood assigned.

As posted earlier i'm kind of new and don't know much either about cnc.

I cleaned out my anomalies.
But now all i'm getting is a sound when i jog but no movement.

I've been searching the web since yesterday to find a solution.

Still haven't found the solution.

Thanks in advance,
Simon

ps. cleaned profile loaded.
