speed control when cutting! please to help!

Hello people..

I would to ask how I can control the speed motors when my machine is cutting? Its go so slowly when cutting..

The F word controls the feedrate, for example G1 X100 F100 will move the X axis to the position of 100 at  a feedrate of 100 units per minute.

Can you please help me to setup my velocity and acceleration for my machine? It's so complicated!! I dont like my setup! Can please give some ideas?
