OK then you can use the G68 function in mach3 to rotate the toolpath on the sheet.

Just a note on G68 the toolpath will travel the rotated angle BUT mach3 jogs in the unrotated plane.

i know i can make that g68. but everytime i have to calculate that angle. i want to make that. first i find first corner of sheet. then i find another corner of sheet. can mach3 calculate that angle automaticly.

It can if you write a script(Mcode) to do it. There is probably a script example somewhere on this site to do it.

straighten the sheet.  is that  not the simpler solution?a pry bar will move even the largest plate. recently cut a sheet of 2 1/2
plate 10'x5'. 4600 lbs. setup time less than a minute.
