Mach3 and Vcarve6 CNC3040

Hi,


Is there any "right" settings for Vcarve 6 so it will work okay with Mach3 and a cnc3040?

Settings for Feed Rate and Plunge Rate and so on.....

Feed rates are dictated by the material your cutting, the tool your using, and the rpm the spindle is turning. It also has a little to do with trial and error to get the best results.

From your video it appears that your gantry is not parallel with your table. The following diagram may help.
