why M3 home signal is on???The board No wiring ,But in the mach inside, M3 home  signal is on。。。。

If there is no wiring it should not be enabled.

My SS circuit board connected to the usb data cable only。。。。

OK, so either get the wires for you home and limit switches hooked up or disable them...... those pins will be floating until you do this.
